Yes this hasn't changed between the 3100 and the 3200. I have had some luck on the 3100 just under 30 but it's not reliable. Yet if you cut a roll roll down to 30cm it will work without a hitch. IF you need long prints you can load as sheets by cutting down roll into sheets, as narrow as 21 cm and a custom page size but the printer will measure the length and width in every print job.
