Does anyone know the expected maximum number of actuations for a Phase One H20?

There is no such thing. If it's only been used in studio, never been dropped, and is clean, free of defect today, then I would expect it to last many more years.
Consider buying such a system from a dealer who you can hold-to-the-fire if there are problems. They can also provide you with support, training, and an upgrade path in the future.
In most cases it is also possible to buy a such a unit with manufacturer warranty. For instance we have a H25 listed right now with 6 months of classic warranty remaining on our
Spring Cleaning list.
