This is an Op/Tech strap that I used on one trip w/ my old Bogen 3021 (aka 055) tripod.
That tripod had a swivel hook attachment near the baseplate. My current tripod doesn't :-(
The other end is a quick release buckle that goes around the legs.
It's in barely used condition as you can see. The wide cushioned strap makes the Bogen tripod feel a *lot* lighter when carrying it compared to Bogen's tripod strap.
