...and this is useful in what way? It's completely lacking in information regarding camera settings and exposure. It doesn't help me choose between these excellent cameras in any way, whatsoever.

I wouldn't call that explanation "practical", as it has no practical application.

I wouldn't call that explanation "practical", as it has no practical application.
It was written at the begin of the post:
"Same settings for all shots, Iso 100, 24mm, f8 and 1 second exposure." And there are other useful data along the post. Sometime it is just as simple as "reading".
BTW that is a photo. I can't think anything of more practical application for a camera than taking a photo.

I'm afraid I can't help you more than that....
