Batch panoramas in CS3?

For almost all my landscape photographs I stitch multiple frames together. I get the raw files from the card and split them into individual folders so it's easy to identify which files go with which.

Is there any way of creating an action in CS3 using photomerge to then batch process the contents each subfolder and output web sizes jpgs? This way I have some idea of what I've got before spending ages messing about properly processing the raw files to find I want to bin the shot. I'd prefer to batch and leave my PC to work at it while I'm doing something else and have rough 'contact print' jpgs to review composition.

The batch function seems to want to see individual files, pointing it at a folder doesn't seem to work.

that claims to be able to riffle through directories and automatically find panoramically related pictures and then automatically assemble them into what amounts to pano contact sheets.  Not sure if it works with raw's.

I use PTGui and PT Assembler for most of my work.

APP does find pano sets and it is a superb pano stitcher. Batching works just fine, it's worth the money for this feature alone.

OTOH Bridge CS4 has a new 'Collections' feature which should work with pano sets and HDR sets. It can detect sets based on the time stamp. I've not used it yet as I have a fairly old beta build which has the options listed in the menus but no actual functionality. If it works as described it should be very useful.

I tried APP a while ago, I'll dig it out and try this - I had no idea it had this feature. Thanks.

i'll second APP or AutoPanoPro it is an excellent program, but as I am sure other panographers will agree, no tool will do them all.

PS: I use AutoPano Pro, PT Gui Pro and believe it or not Photoshop and I am very much looking forward to CS4
