Alternatives to ACR's 'Retouch Tool'...

Just curious to know if there any alternatives to ACR's Retouch Tool for batch cleaning of images?

I constantly have memory problems with ACR ("There was not enough memory" errors) and I'd like to know if I could use some other tool to clean one image in a folder and then apply the corrections all the other images, as you can with ACR.

Nope...other than Lightroom.

Apple's Aperture also lets you batch apply retouching to multiple images in the same fashion as ACR and Lightroom.
