Could people please help with suggestions of software for me to use
I shoot Sinar 54LV (tethered with Exporsure also untethered using the internal memory) and Nikon D3 (Nef files) some times both on one job
A simple outline of my workflow would be
Create JOB Folder
Create Raw Folder
Download or shoot into that RAW folder
Browse that folder and apply white balance tone curve etc
rename
add IPTC info
Create HTML contact sheet for client
Plonk Job Folder on and External HD or Two take HD offline
time elapses
Get order for tiffs from client
find HD
Process out Tifs
Deliver to Client

I have been playing with Lightroom and the interface, rendering, and HTML is all great but it seems to be confused by moving the folders around, taking the HDs offline etc
Maybe im too much of a newb in LR but the catalogue thing seems to be difficult
Is there another program C1 or Raw Developer maybe
