PTgui
« on: December 16, 2007, 04:28:58 pm »

I've recently loaded a new copy of PTgui on a new computer. I set the Create Pano setting as: Photoshop file, 8 bit, no compression. After the pano is created I open it in photoshop and the listed resolution is 72. I can't seem to increase the resolution and the image is a low res. pixcelated mess. What am I doing wrong. I haven't used PTgui all that much but a previous version on my old computer turned out great results.

In case you missed the setting, the default resolution in PTGui is set fairly low.   You should have a button right above where you selected the Photoshop file type with a label "Set Optimum size...", under this menu select "Maximum size" and you should get an output file with the maximum resolution that can be created from your input files without up-sampling.
