Help on pricing K7 workstation
« on: December 13, 2008, 04:00:23 pm »

Several months ago I told Sara @ Shades of Paper that I was considering selling my dialed in K7 workstation. Then, I decided
to forget it. Yesterday I got a call from a gentleman interested in purchasing the StudioPrint 12  RIP. I responded that if I sold it, it would be the whole thing. The question is, what is it realistically worth as he didn't know either? Any help would be greatly appreciated. All of it was purchased new (no refurbished anything) & is in a humidity controlled studio with an appropriate sized, constantly running air filtering unit.

It includes the following:
-Epson 7600 which has had less than six rolls of paper through it with all carts at least 3/4 full (Cone Editions K7 neutral)
-StudioPrint 12 which can be upgraded to StudioPrint 2008 if I do so by the 23rd
-X-Rite iOne (new version) with the folding three slot guide, etc.
-Dell 4000c Pentium 4 with 800mhz bus, 2 gigs of RAM, 64meg graphics card
-Dell 22" high res flat screen monitor
-Nikon ED4000 film scanner with SilverFast  Ai, installed nikon card, accessories
-ColorVision spyder
-large APS ups
-PhotoShop CS & random software

Again, many thanks as I am clueless on $.
