Quick Z3100 question

I've got a plain vanilla Z3100 24" and it cuts 2" sometimes.  I'll have to start paying more attention, but I know it did it with a new roll of HP Professional satin yesterday.  

However, it doesn't do it all the time when I load a new roll and it certainly doesn't do it between prints on a roll.
