This issue has been baffling me for a while now, but my Epson R2400 consistently prints 2/16" too long, regardless of paper size, in both Photoshop CS2 and Lightroom 1.1 on OSX 10.4.10. For example, if I print 11x14 on 11x17 paper (with page setup set for correct orientation, paper length is right and set to borderless), the print comes out 11x14 2/16". Same with 8x10s printed on 8.5x11 paper. Normally for wall mounted prints, I probably would not care, but these are going into a portfolio and I end up having to measure for the 2/16" before I trim the paper. Is there something I can change to fix this? Should I make a custom paper size in Page Setup?
