Microsoft also has some new technology in the works - a 'tabletop' computer that uses a large screen instead of a mouse. Using two cameras, objects placed on top of the screen such as an encoded cell phone or PDA (even your hands) are recognized and the user can interact with them or move open windows around the screen, etc.
