PSD vs Tiff?

This was pretty cool.  Time to switch over to tiff.

Langsey:
I save my unflattened image in the PSD format but when I make a final image for print, web, etc I will do my sizing and sharpening and then save in in TIFF or JPEG. I will know then it is a finalized image.
