Choosing color for calibrated monitor.
« on: May 12, 2007, 07:28:48 pm »

I recently bought the Eye-One Display 2 monitor calibration tool and calibrated my monitor.  Now my question regards which color setting do I use?  The only picture friendly setting my monitor has is sRGB.  When I performed the color calibration I did it w/ this setting.  Does this mean I can only use sRGB or can I use one of the other available settings (like 9300) for editing pictures.  I guess what is confusing me is that a profile for my monitor was created and now my monitor is defaulted to that as is my copy of Bibble Pro.  Is that new profile only good for the sRGB setting?  Thanks.
