Z3100 44" problem

Ok here is go, after printing 22 photos since I got my printer.
last night I was ready to print a 18 x 24.  the print tell me I have no paper,
paper I ask?,  is there I say!  printer replay it's not I say ..Ok I say I feed more paper diferent paper another paper but the printer refused to acept any paper. uff I'm tired of feeding

 I did what the printer ask me to do.  it's my boss. The printer tell me I'm not doing what she ask me.(I name her catalyna).paper star getting out like crazy I turn it off & back on, problem continuo and now the printer refused to take any paper.

It say paper loaded incorrectly remove paper and load it again.I do it over and over but not luck .since last night I was printen good, now, $6200.00 printer don't work.  I called customer service(very profesional I must say) They can't help me some one will call me maybe tomorrow.  So now no aps in not printer. Any one have the same problem the can help me?

Update, after contacting HP yesterday and telling me the some one will call me maybe today if not tomorrow. I got a call from some one today he was in my house for 10 minuts and fixed the problem,,Printer working good .Here is a happy end.
