I have done some testing and found that LR does not support the following IPTC tags:
7 (Edit status)
10 (Urgency)
27 (Content location name)
12 (Subject reference)
118 (Contact)
By not supporting, I mean that if any metadata is changed within LR, the above fields will be emptied!
I have tested with tree different IPTC editors and get the same result. Adobe on their side says that may be due to incmpatibility between those programs and the IPTC standard since they vere involved in the development of the IPTC standard, but to be honest I find it more likely that it is LR that is not adhering to the(ir own) standard.
Have anyoen else encountered this problem?
