I do sometimes run Bridge 3 with PSCS2 though.  At times some of my drop downs won't function in PSCS3, so I quit, open 2 and go ahead.  That works okay--but I agree, you can't have both PSCS2 and 3 open at the same time.  Also use Bridge/ACR4 with PSCS2.

Right, you can mix Bridge and Photoshop versions.
