Thanks, degrub - the new structure, to replace the old marina control building, is taking forever to construct. It had better be on some sort of fixed price contract, or the club will probably go tits up before too long. On the other hand, with a massive waiting list for membership and an about £ 25,000 hit to join, I expect they will survive.

She was; unfortunately, she sank at her moorings and had to be "levitated" by divers. I'm told the owner vanished to avoid the bills. However, this might just be fishy tail tale.

However there is justice in this world - or more probably in the next.
