Just tried to post a reply in the 'Exciting world of mirrorless' thread and twice got the message

The message body was left empty.

There was clearly text in the message box.

Further testing shows the message appears when I insert a quote from the thread at the beginning.  Remove the quote and the message disappears!

I expect this was related to the expiry of the security certificate rather than to anything on the site itself.

I wasn't quite sure, Rob, as I don't handle that side of things and I'd not communicated with Jon; but my expectation appears to have been correct.

If the expression of mad views in the Bear Pit were the reason, it would have happened years ago and would not have been remediable.
