Has anyone else experienced this?
I open the Channels and Adjustments in the PS 24.6 Windows menu and they open in a toolbar(?) that I cannot move by dragging. I have two screens with all my tools on the second screen, reserving screen 1 for the image(s). Preferences are set to Enable Floating Document Window Docking; unchecking or re-checking this makes no difference. It's quite frustrating.
Any thoughts appreciated. I have found nothing regarding this behavior online.
