Regarding the signage, I am not a native Rajasthani language speaker and my Hindi is also not as good as it used to be.  Also hard to read - not very sharp on the picture.  But I'll give it a try.

Let's see -

Going from the bottom:

"Varsh" - 2002 = Year 2002

Next up - seems to be some sort of serial number ("Kramank" = number)

Next up - BPL "Parivaar" = BPL Family

Next up - "Rd" and some numbers - not sure what that is, may be street address?

Next up - "Vrada" Pension 750?  Some sort of Pension the occupier of the house is getting?  Rs 750/month? 

Can't really figure out the top 2 items.

The very first line says Griha Nimaaj = Abode in Nimaaj.
Second line is not very clear. Most likely gives the names of the sub-district and ward.
