Magic light

Things looked promising after dinner tonight so I headed out to this nearby recreation area to see what I could get. It was also my first outing with a new to me lens, a GF 100-200/5.6. It was stormy and I got rained on again but the quality of light was as good as it gets. I think the lens is a success.

Well worth getting wet. The light is fantastic and the dark clouds offer a perfect and dramatic background.

The rainbow is a nice bonus for this gold light illuminated landscape…
Well done.

Indeed, nice touch. Those rock formations are exquisite subjects with such luxurious lighting.
