I'm quite sure I've posted this one before. Long ago I think. Notice the cut-off feet. You don't have time to back up or change the setting of a zoom lens. You usually have no more than two seconds to make the shot. In this case the woman already was starting to pull the kid on down the walk.

I'd have cropped the woman and the man away.
The other two beings are having an intense (and beautiful) relationship

Clearly, there's something going on between those two… I love the interaction while the adults don't seem to care.

And the adults not caring is a large part of the overall effect.
