GFX100S shutter mode preferences

It has been said we should apply the electronic first curtainshutter for vibration control along with the mechanical shutter mode. However in case of GFX100S we can only select ES plus electronic first curtain not mechanical shutter. Is this problem or someway to MS with the electronic first curtain.

When looking for the absolute best sharpness use an electronic shutter with the shutter sound turned off.
If the electronic shutter is not possible, use EFCS (EF E-Front Curtain Shutter).
