alternatively may be trial version does not work as a filter and only as a standalone version ? I can't comment on that because I use a non trial Studio Edition

in any case - man up, solve your problem or move to a different software 

and hot have ability to send screenshot in ticket only area

What prevents you from uploading whatever you want to some file-sharing site and include the link to that file, image in the message to support ? so you can whine about stuff or you can try to think a sec about a solution ...

Thanks what I did here in this forum which also does not have strangely a file upload.  But just jarred by the 10 line instructions in the ticket about wetranswer, never seen to much text about getting a screenshot to a developer, really bizarre.

That said, I just tested the software in standalone. Look very cool. Thanks DP. But needs to be on a seperate layer in PS, so keep plugging along see if they can solve this.  Not at first base yet in PS. chokes right away.. puzzling.

Update, I settled on Portrait Pro, but endless glithes with installing and getting to work as PHotoshop plug, so after two months and 50 back and forth emails on ticket, still no there.

(one phone call would knock it out, but they wont call.)

Anyone know where Anthopics bases? They claim in ticket UK, but

support is so incompetent, 3 months in and still cannot get plug in to work in photoshop,  Anyone know?
