Just recently, Trump retweeted vengefully a call to fire Dr. Anthony Fauci after the nation’s top infectious disease expert said lives could have been saved if the country had shut down sooner. Not exactly professional or presidential.

I don't keep track of all the people Trump fired, starting with Rex Tillerson, and ending with Marie Yovanovitch who commented unfavourably on Trump, but there must be a long list of all his firings.

Yep, Trump still thinks he's in his reality TV show.

I think once they have tests and time for general testing, they're going to see a lot of people had the disease who aren't dead either.  My friend who's just getting over a bad two week bout of Covid, stayed home, never went to the hospital, and was never tested.

Yes, I too heard that the coronavirus mortality rate wasn't 100%. Your friend proves it. You ought to notify Dr. Fauci.

As far as Castrol goes, I was there when he died. There were hordes of people crying in the streets. Maybe your view of the man is again painted by propoganda you've been fed.

Well, you made a connection between good government and a government that has good cancer care?  Where's the connection there?  To me a good government is one that gives you your political and economic freedoms so you can develop the best medical care privately.  Then you have the best of both worlds.  Isn't that a better way?

I had no idea he was selling his pillows at retail stores. i don't do much shopping. I wouldn't even begin to know which aisle in Home Depot has pillows.

I have no idea where in HD either, as I usually dont shop there but it was listeed online.  I have seen the pillows in other department stores.

I live in New Jersey. Here's an email I got today from from my periodontist.  My regular dentist is telling me the same thing.  Pretty soon I won't have any teeth in my head to worry about.

Alan, you said you are scared to go out because the virus is still rampant in your area. How do you think a dentist might feel looking down the mouths of dozens of people everyday not knowing which ones have the virus. If I was a dentist and got the order today that we are opening up the economy...I'd say FU...I'm not sticking my head down people's throats until I know they are not infected.

The experts say that until we know how many people actually got the disease, the rates might look higher.  So, if the number of cases go up, which is expected, the death rate with go down.

That graph is actual deaths that are tallied. I believe the actual deaths caused by Covid is higher than what is officially tallied.

This is why any death rate numbers we see for this virus are substantially higher than what it actually is since we have no idea what the denominator is.  And we wont know that until there is wide spread testing. 

Pretty basic math.

Could be, but more then likely we are not off that  much with total fatalities.  However, we are most certainly off with number of actual cases by as much as a factor of 20.

I don't know. You said you had cancer, went to three different doctors, and they advised three different courses of treatment. Maybe under a different system, there might not be so much confusion.
