Colorado Abstract?
« on: September 30, 2019, 11:40:00 pm »

I visited my daughter's family in Colorado just in time for fall color. Here's an odd one that I like but it may be a bit abstract for some. The lines have more of a "graphic design" feel than most landscapes and you may think the sky is too blue while the deep black in the trees on the front hill is supposed to be a photo-no-no.  I'm not yet sure what I think but I am drawn to it. I would appreciate comments.

Yellow, blue, puffy white clouds. Classic recipe.

Works for me, as an abstract better than as simply a landscape.
