Brand new.. never used. Ended up not needing it and too much time has passed to return it. Has the "Bigfoot" feet as well as the regular rubber screw-in versions. Only thing not included is the original plastic bag that held the wrench.. extra feet and pamphlet. The side of it just split out on the seam. Now bits are in a ziplock. Box is included.. but not perfect as it got smooshed a little during a move. Tripod is of course still perfect.
