Hi Ron,
Today I installed V1.3.2 on my Windows 10 PC and it works as well as the previous release (with a BenQ SW2700 and an i1 Display Pro).
Profiles aren't stored in the puck which is only used as a wired remote to quickly switch between the various calibration profiles stored in the monitor. Data stored in Calibration 1 and 2 should survive a reboot, the monitor being switched off for a longer time or the puck being removed from the monitor.
I wonder if there might be an issue with the software writing to the internal LUT spaces in the monitor or if the data is no longer properly stored in the non-volatile memory in the monitor. You might want to reinstall the previous release of Palette Master Element to ensure that the problem is not related with the new version.
Cheers,
Fabien
