Yes, I do like the crescent swirl. It's fun to watch photogs trying to get it just right over and over again, chimping, then, over and over again... and so on. Seems they/we have to get our whole body into it. Lovely combination of B/W, IR, and ICM, John.

Thank you gentlemen. It's the lush newness of the greens that brings out the motivation to do more. What I like about this image is that the shadows come out looking like shadows in a painting. In photography, in a straight shot, the shadows on this bright sunny day are very dark, close to black, but because this is ICM, the shadows get mixed with other elements and get softened, which I really like.
