Sunset in the Dolomites
« on: July 18, 2018, 04:45:06 pm »

This photo was shot in the Dolomites on the most recent workshop in the Dolomites in June 2018. The area is Alpe di Siusi which is a high alpine meadow with large mountains around it. Just an amazing place. The altitude is 1600-1800 meters and the mountains are at about 3000 meters high.

I agree, light is very nice and the scenery with the mountains rising from almost flat meadows is striking.

Hi,

Hans is a master of light. I really recommend his workshops, have taken part in two of them, both great!

Erik

Excellent light.

The lower level clouds really counter balance the Dolomites, and to me, feel as if they actually mimic the mountains themselves. Very nice.
