That T-shirt should be edited to read "Auto focus is for over 60s"

Well I certainly understand that as I am over 60 myself with not so great eyes.
However MF cameras have really bright viewfinders which helps.
The real point was that having 60AF points does not help if none of them are over the model's eyes.
The H4D and up series helped a lot because they introduced True Focus so that you could focus on the eyes and then recompose.
When cameras get smart enough to face recognise and then focus on the eyes then terrific.
The new mirrorless cameras all have Focus Peaking so you can manual focus and when the bit you want is in focus it lights up.
