So I have the ev system and bought a portable drive 2tb no longer a metal casing, in 8 months the usb port no longer works, called them they sent a repalcement and it was wrong a 2 tb internal drive, not an ev drive. Of coarse you know they were bought by Westen Digital. Now have two wait two more days for a phone call back. Is this typical with Western Digital the kicker was they had me send photos of my drive so there should have been no way to screw this up.
