Photos from the new M8 rangefinder are beginning to leak onto the Leica forum; most people say the files look very much like the DMR, with a bit less noise. Perhaps not of interest to people who are into long lenses, or who really prefer the flexibility of DSLRs, but in its niche, from ~21mm equivalent to ~120mm equivalent, it's looking terrific. (It is a 1.33x compared to legacy frame size.)
