MPB service experience

Hello All.
Does anyone have any experience dealing with MPB for buying or selling equipment?
So far my dealing with then has been very frustrating as they can't get the paperwork right.
And that makes me wonder about their reliability and integrity.

I have sold equipment to MPB. I have sold them two bodies and two lenses. They have been easy to work with. Gave me quote. Picked up the equipment at my place of employment. They paid me in a timely manner by direct deposit into my bank account. I have done this on two separate occasions. There price was extremely fair. I was extremely pleased.
