I have sent a request to SilkyPix regarding support of Aptus 22 files.
Below is their reply.
Perhaps, if there is an excpressed interest they may provide better support of Leaf backs. Currently they have a preview version that should support Aptus 75.

SILKYPIX Developer Studio 3.0 on May 24, 2007.
Unfortunately, Leaf Aptus 22 is not compatible with
SILKYPIX Developer Studio 3.0.
We analyze the camera data, perform color matching of the camera
and review the operation of the camera.
And then "SILKYPIX Developer Studio 3.0" will be compatible with
the specified digital camera.
Because it is difficult to obtain this camera,
there is no current plans to support for this model.
We report on your suggestion to our R&D engineers
and we refer to future product development.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience.
