Fuji GFX 50S with Pentax 645 lens and fotodiox adapter -Trouble shooting

I recently acquired a Fotodiox Pentax 645 to GFX adapter and a Pentax 645 120mm macro lens. I can not get the camera to make an actual exposure. After reading the manual I still can not get the camera to make an exposure. Van anyone post the settings necessary to use the camera with a manual pentax 645 lens
