Navman iCN750-GPS Camera
« on: August 03, 2006, 05:58:02 pm »

I recently came across a new GPS device with a rather interesting capability. The Navman iCN750 GPS. In addition to functioning as a regular GPS device with a nice 4" color screen, it also has the ability to take low-res digital photos with GPS coordinates(lat/long). Obviously, there are GPS devices out there, and no end of little digital cameras, but I am not aware of an integrated device that seamlessly allows you to combine both capabilities. I often return to backroads or wilderness locations to shoot in different lighting conditions or compositions, and it can be difficult to pinpoint the exact locations later. A snapshot with GPS coordinates would be a huge help.
Anyone have direct experience with this device or anything similar out there?
