Mowed Field at Dawn

Where I live landscapes are mostly flat farm land. This photo shows the remnants of a mowed and harvested field in the foreground with a distant tree line. It was taken just after sunrise.

lovely cloudscape. Where do you live? I have been driving around the countryside in Ontario the past few weeks and the farmers are harvesting their crops. Depending on the crop, from a distance the ground looks as if it has been mowed and with the trees in their Autumnal colours, it is quite a sight.

I live in California in the Sacramento River Delta area. We don't get much in the way of Autumnal colors here but we do get some nice cloud formations between rain storms this time of year.
