One of the varieties of dahlias in this year's garden: brilliant reds with yellow, giving the impression of fire. (FWIW: This was the bud in "This bud's for you".)

Personally, i love Dahlias for the large variety of colors available. I do like this shot for the intensity of color as well as the petal pattern.
