PS CC on 4k Monitor - Unusable
« on: May 09, 2016, 09:00:03 am »

Just got a new laptop, Dell XPS 15 with 15.6" 4k UHD (3840x2160) screen.  Running Win 10 and using Creative Cloud applictions  Finding Photoshop menu line and palettes are very small and difficult to use, while Bridge's UI is so small as to be completely unusable (the file folder tree appears as a series of staggered grey lines, for example).  I have the Windows display scaling set to 300% and have PS's UI scaling on the 'Interface' preferences page maxed out at 200% but the interface is still very difficult-to-read 'mouse-print'.  Any suggestions on what to do other than keeping fingers crossed that Adobe will eventually fully support 4k/5k monitors?  I know I can add an external monitor with a ~30" screen and get readable text but that's not a budget or desk-space option right now.

PS: Same issue exists with Nikon View NX-i and Capture NXD, no scaling and interface too small to read at all.
