Several things:
First, nice shot. Being in the right place at the right time and taking advantage of it.
Second, there seems to be plenty of sharpness, in case you'd want further to reduce luma noise and thus sacrifice some of it.
Third, the noise appears to be predominantly color noise, which is much easier to remove than luma, with much less harmful effect for detail.
Fourth, although it might be easy to remove, you still might decide to keep the noise as-is, as heretic (to photographers) it may sound. An anecdote I mentioned on these forums before: admiring a nice image of a friend photographer, with a similar area covered with water as yours, I couldn't help noticing a really visible chroma noise (the type from the early days of digital cameras). I tried gently to suggest that modern software could easily remove it, when he responded: "Hell, no! That is my bestseller. Clients love it as it reminds them of an impressionistic or pointillistic painting."
And, finally, fifth: the fear of noise is overrated, in particular with modern cameras.
