For roughly $12,300 you will be able to buy a 22MP medium format camera body. It looks more cost effective than buying a Phase One back and sticking it on a Hasse. Are there any issues regarding Mamiya Optics that are problematic? The Mamiya 7 lenses are excellent but it is a totally different design.

More goodbye than Good buy      Its noisy.  Mamiya Optics are first rate.  I don't presently think the ZD is.  I cancelled my order.
