I am a fan of the Magnum and Narrow Beam reflector by Profoto and noticed they make this Pro Tube to extend the reflector. They claim it can make the beam more narrow while not decreasing the intensity of the light, unlike a grid.
Not sure if I believe them.
Looks interesting though.

I had one before moving to Broncolor. I used it once...it focused the light a bit more but I think your'e better off with a TeleZoom if that's what your after
