Hi - anyone seen this?
An intermittent problem writing metadata back to 32bit TIFs - sometimes it works and sometime it does not. I am working across a network to the originals which as on a 6TB drive attached to another iMac, I want to save the edit adjustments etc back to the originals (Metadata > Save Metadata to Files) but there are always one or two that give unknown file format errors and I see the little metadata ! warning on the thumbnail border. If it was a consistent error it might be easier to troubleshoot, but it's not.
Stumped...
