Photoshop CC 2015 and 4K monitors
« on: May 05, 2015, 04:59:26 pm »

In the PC version of Ps 2014 CC the was a category in the Preferences Section called "Experimental Features". In it you could double the size of many of Ps's tools and menus so you could see what you were doing with a 4K monitor. I can't find that category in Ps CC 2015.

Do any of you see it there? Is is somewhere else? Or is there another way of making Ps CC 2015 easily usable with a 4K monitor?

Photoshop CC 2015? Is this correct or are you part of a beta-testers group? The latest version publicly available is PS CC 2014.2.2 and it has the experimental features section

You are right. I did an update with Adobe CC last week, thought it said 2015, and afterwards, Lr's "edit in" menu item linked to a down-rev version of Ps CC, which I thought was the newest version. I've fixed the linkage, and all is well (as well as it can be until Adobe provides real 4K display support or Microsoft fixes Windows so they don't have to).

Thanks for straightening me out.

The only CC app that advertises that it's 2015 is Lr, right?
