sony a6000 video settings and post workflow to DVD

I have a Sony a6000.  Interested in recommended settings for video (frame rate and size) for best quality to ultimately burn to a DVD.  Corporate event type subject matter.  Mac and imovie for editing.  Any help and recommendations are appreciated!
