make a circle in CS5?

How do I make a circle using a selection tool?  I see elliptical and rectangle, but how about a circle?  (PS CS5)

Hold down the shift key while drawing your circle.

Many thanks.  It is so frustrating to forget how to do things and then have no luck looking solutions up in manuals when references to "circles" are nowhere to be found.
