Ipf6300 and 10" Roll paper

I have been having a lot of problems with printing on 10" kodak Lustre paper with the 6300. Primary problem is that many times I will get a failed to print Document OS message (Winxp) and the printer will hang and abort the print Job 1/2 way through. Is any one else using 10" paper with the 6300 having any issues like this?
