Thanks ratz. I have been looking for an affordable UW housing for a D60. Compared to $5000 that's a bargain. Wonder how good their quality is?

Any info on something just to keep the rain off? Perhaps a little upscale from a gallon ziploc.:-)

The 10D is becoming one of the most housed SLR's ever so you may want to wait another month or so before going beserk. you will also find housings from Ikelite, Sea and Sea (which I import into Australia) and Aquatica are coming in the next month or two.

For usefull information on diving with digital you should look at

and

If you can get to Sydney next weekend you should also definately get to the Dive expo where some very cool new underwater digital gear will arrive.

It looks very likely that I'll be buying one of the Jonah housings for my 10D. I'm off to do some kiteboarding/windsurfing photography in Cape Town and I don't fancy the AW Marine plastic to protect the kit.

Since I'm due there at the begining of Nov I can't wait for the Ikelite, Subal etc, but even if they were available now the Jonah is meant to be very good and definately the most 'cost conscious' (about £1800 inc port of 15mm fisheye).

The UK importer (cameras underwater) is getting one just about now so I'm waiting for their take before grilling the credit card.

If you look a bit further into the company, the housings are designed by an engineering Prof at a Korean university. Not that it proves anything tho....

I'll follow-up with some comments, one way or the other, when I decide, if anyone is interested.

For the rain conscious, maybe the AquaTech might help
